When should I schedule my selections meeting?
As early as possible once you have floorplans, a contract with your builder, or preliminary design center information. Early design support often prevents costly changes or rushed decisions later in the build.
Do you work with my builder or just with me?
Both. We work directly with you on the design, and when helpful, we can coordinate with your builder or design center to confirm standards, upgrades, and timelines so everything stays aligned.
Can you help if I’m choosing everything remotely?
Yes. Many of our clients are building or buying in Hilton Head while living out of state. We can meet virtually, review samples and inspiration together, and organize a clear selections plan for you and your builder.
